Laser Based Building Core and As-Built Asset Verification and Implementation

Archive Design Services begins with many different types of asset data from aged print to obsolete CAD data. In many cases we start from "scratch". Regardless of what is available to work from, Archive verifies all asset components utilizing one of the industries most accurate laser finding and recording devices, the Leica Laser Distancemeter class of products. Recording this information into a database for further CAD implementation is done on site so as to ensure relational data accuracy without inference. Delivery of asset data in the form of DWG, DWF, DXF, PDF and many other formats are available. Distribution across web applications are acheived through either the DWF or PDF formats.

Modular Furniture Asset Verification and Implementation

Working from an as-built plan, Archive verifies and implements all modular furniture components. This asset data can be formatted to meet a clients asset tracking means and methods either through Barcode or RFID tracking systems. Modular furniture assets are primarily a component for tenant services and typically are not a core need of real property, however, Archive is structured to provide this service as a value added component to an as-built asset product.
